October is a powerful month to get healthy and fit. And it starts tomorrow!
Winter is behind those of us in the southern hemisphere. For our northern hemisphere friends, the kids are back in school. Social activities are manageable before the holiday season start. The changing season can bring a meditative state of abundance.
