It's been a while as I've been rehabbing a back injury...but I'm back on my YouTube Channel - "Andrea Robertson Health & Barre".
Join me for a 30 minute intermediate level Barre F.I.T (Functional Interval Training) class. Similar to a HIIT style barre class, this workout is designed to sculpt and tone your whole body.
You will need a solid barre attached to the wall, or a kitchen counter or balcony railing to act as your barre! A yoga mat or carpeted area on the floor is ideal too.
